Russian UK Ltd is a family run online bookshop that specialises in Russian language books.  All of the russian books that are shown in stock will normally be delivered within a couple of days.  We usually have a delivery from Russia about once a month, so if there is something that you want to request then please drop us an email to sales@russianuk.co.uk and we will be more than happy to try and source it for you, we will also let you know by telephone or email as soon as we have placed the order for you. When it has arrived in the UK, we will make it available to buy online and let you know straight away.

We are always looking for suggestions for the type of catagories you would like to see us stock.  It is possible to email us in both English and Cyrilic.

Delivery is by the Royal mail we send every thing by first class recorded delivery. This means that each delivery needs to be signed for. We are looking at different options for delivery at the moment to try and reduce the cost to our customers. The most important thing to us is that we can get your orders to you.

We use Paypal to handle all payments on the site and except most major credit and debit cards.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches them, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
